cara mengatasi tekanan darah rendah (anemia)

Am back utk share sedikit info pasal low blood pressure. Sebabnye??haa.. lately sy rasa rasa tahap keletihan saya after doing some works mcm over'acting ' lak .. Rasa  terlallu la penat sampai boleh rasa bawah mata n bijik mata ni berdenyut2,nak open up my eyes really wide pon da mcm xboleh sgt da.. haihhh..sedia maklum kita ni sepet..susahnye ade low BP ni..hmm

then ah , brdenyut kt dlm pala ni da x dpt nk di describe by words!..




This morning pulak rasa mual je tekak...pala brdnyut2..pening..rasnye sbb sy terlalu letih kot attended n menolong sikit mn2 yg sy larat kt 'back to back wedding invi ; my BIL n SIL wedding.. both were being held on last weekend,saturday n sunday.. hmm...ape je la yg nk diharapkn dgn kederat si noryn ni yg buat kj sikit da pancit n trcungap2 carik nafas..hmmm...minta maaf sgt2 if xdpt mbntu sgt ms wedding lps...


So , tadi sibuk menggoogle info nk cari how to overcome dis Low BP.. masa menaip ni pon mata rasa pening , but gagah kn jua la sbb da xlarat sgt da ni ..ingt balik kj ni nk trus cari supplement or pape yg patut .

On the other hand , sy juga turut referred to few more links yg sy jumpe yg sy rasa sgt beneficial utk saya implement.

Therefore , saya extracted out info dri pelbaga links yg sy jumpe .for instance , wht i should consume utk overcome dis illness .Tapi sy dah ringkaskn ikut main points shj as sy pon tahu xramai yg rajin nk bc.


1.minum byk air Minum minuman bertenaga seperti 100 plus, revive juga disarankan kerana ia dapat membekalkan tubuh dengan natrium dan kalium, yang akan membantu meningkatkan tingkat tekanan darah dengan cepat.
2. Bykkn pengambilan garam
Kalo mkn ikan masin bebanyak ok x?? ok kot...;)
3. Bykkn makan kerang ( zatbesi)
4. Makan bayam ( zat besi as well)
5. Minum jus segar
6. Makan kismis dan badam


i've heard mkn buah delima sgt mbntu.. nnt nk try carikla.

ok nk stop..mata da makin kecik jek ni..mujur today xde lecture..if x...mau pengsan den !:(

Siakap Taucu ,by Mr.Husband;)

Alhamdulillah..pejamcelikpejamcelik...it has been more than three months rupenyer den ni jadi isteri org.. :)

Org kate if da jadi isteri ,kena make sure pandai msk utk suami,rajin to do this and tht...blabla bla... haihhh... yelaaa2.... kita sbg isteri mmg tggungjawab kita kna jaga mkn minum pakai n segala keperluan suami,,, if nk dpt pahala lebih ,kena tahu lagi other side2 roles camno nk jago laki..haha

 But ,yup,,,, my husband pulak ,syukur alhamdulillah.. sgt rajin mmbntu n yg penting dia mmg minat memasak!yeaayyyy.... dah kurang sikit percentage rase letih after work , which i normally cook dinner for both of us..

Btw , saya ni jnis low BP(blood pressure).. mmg sgt2 la cpt pancit n letih pas blik dri opis.. keje pon bukan duduk setempat.. i have to always move here and there ,from my own room to the lecture halls , then patah blik pi printing room print papers or lecture notes , then kluar msuk bilik ni ( thnk god i have my own room) ,prepare keperluan pentadbiran academics-  prepare timetables , melayan isu2 bebudak intrnational yg moody n buragas ni..haihhh... tpi mujur la x stress buat semua ni sbb mmg da minat.. if xminat , xkan la sy pon nk mnyibuk handle HEP ( Hal ehwal Pelajar) ..a.k.a' keypochi' ttg urusan activities and kebajikan pelajar.. haa... active ke xtu?:).. so pepaham jelah y i always keletihan.. di tambah pulak terkedek2 kehulu hilr pakai kasut tinggi sbb sedar diri ni sgt petite n comeyy..;)

Ok.. therefore..ha mukadimah berjela.. husband yg trlebih rajin ni has decided tht saya hnya msk utk bfast n lunch n,  him  msk for dinner..alhamdulillahhhhhh..:)

So, for a start mmg la dia kena masuk 'kuliah memasak di dapur saya'.. sbb nk kena ajar bhn2 asas mskn ,sukatan , n cara msk dgn betul.. so bila dia dah 'graduated dgn confident dan jayanya...hikhik.. dia ckp nk msk bnda yg sy xpnh msk utk dia..cit! ke sbb boring i asek msk mskn biase2 mcm curry , kurma , sambal , msk lemak , rendang...??/ haiihh...ok2... now we see wht he hs decided to cook then.

So, he decided nk msk siakap taucu.. hoho...SIAKAP TAUCUU??   haaaaaaa.....sedih gak sbb trpksa mngaku sy xpenah msk ni spnjg kita kawen..sob..sob..;)

Balik2 dri opis , straight away he went to Giant,beli all ingredients t nk msk2 nih..:P

Sampai rmh,aftr mndi n solat , bergagah la dia ke dapor.

BTW, this is his first attempt in cooking independently without my assistance.
So ni la ,gbr2 kejadian yg berlaku in our humble kitchen time dia msk2.. as usual , sy kidnap gbr ni from his fb..


 sempat printscreen fb husbnd tuh!:)

 kita tukang monitor...  just dpt bntu kopek2 bwg je:)..the rest,bos nk buat sendiri..mmm

haa..dah siap.it is soooo tempting ,isnt it??:)
.tpi saya requested other side dishes as well.. hati ayamgoreng is a must..peberet den taw!.. 
kubis grg n kembung grg.. all dis dia masak sndri..gud2!:)



  So ,to my husband, thnk u so much for your help ..your cooking sgtlaaaa sedap..'deli-to-the-cheerrssss' -delicious gitu!! lps ni silala msk best2 lagi..;)...lusm.. semoga Allah mberkati kita..slm..:)
